- All photographs and videos taken by our company remain the intellectual property of our company.
- Clients are granted personal usage rights for non-commercial purposes.
- Reproduction, distribution, or alteration of images or videos without our company's consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Client Cooperation
- Clients agree to cooperate with our photographers and videographers to ensure the smooth running of the event.
- Delays or interruptions caused by the client may affect the quality and coverage of the service.
6. Liability
- Our company is not liable for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the outcome of the photography or videography service.
- In the event of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, our company will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement.
