Common question, which I get on social media or when I meet someone, “how do you manage to do so many things in so little time “. 😀Â

Well, the secret is my organized lifestyle, spot on workflow, and proper time management. I run QubeSys, Photozone, SBK Store, JetSpot, JetCloud and also help wife with her venture, ImageKart all throughout the day. The day starts at around 5.30am. I sleep with my iPhone and iPad next to my pillow. I know, its bad for health, but who cares. Everyone has got little time in this world anyways.

DAILY WORKFLOW :
So, I wake up at 5.30am and check my 19 email accounts. I reply to the urgent ones like the emails from our stores, priority clients, etc. And keep the rest unread for office hours. I check Facebook, Instagram and Messenger for any unread notifications as well.
Then I get ready for my cricket field. Its an everyday affair, for 2 hours in the morning. Then I reach back home and get ready for office after a healthy ketogenic breakfast. Then the working hours start from 10am and lasts till 11pm in the night, when I return home normally. I reply to 100s of emails in a day, list up, assign, execute, plan multiple items throughout the day going all over the office.

All of my companies are run on WhatsApp basically, as I dont like interacting with anyone as it wastes my time and breaks my concentration. I type million of words in a day on WhatsApp, if not less. I dont receive any incoming calls, no matter whoever it is. Neither I receive, nor I call anyone. All of my outgoing calls are either to my office people or WhatsApp calls with our clients. All of our recruitments mostly have happened over WhatsApp as well. Even a termination had happened over WhatsApp at JetSpot. I kicked someone out of the WhatsApp group and asked to come collect her termination letter from office. So, basically, WhatsApp is the lifetime to keep everything on track for me.
Even if Im traveling, I manage to finish all of my listed tasks, but in less time.

So the workflow is kind of very easy :
Eat – Sleep – Get up – Reply to Emails – Cricket – Breakfast – Office (work the ass off for 15 hours) – Drive – Eat – Sleep

TIME MANAGEMENT :
Now about the time management : I normally dont keep things for tomorrow. This has been a habit since school days. I have never bunked during my school or college days and nor do I miss any of my working day now. My days are are full of multiple tasks. And I make it a point to finish those tasks within a timeframe always. So its like a clock is ticking, and you need to finish it before it stops. Everyday I have some or other tasks to assign, explain for each company.
For QubeSys, I have to talk to team about any pending supports tickets.
For JetSpot, I have a lot of tasks everyday.
For JetCloud, I just check if any support tickets, or everything happens on the fly.
For SBK Store, I reply to customers sometimes, if they have any specific requirements.
For Photozone, I help the teams with processing, finalizing, color grading, filtering and working on my own production files.
For ImageKart, I help wife with ideas how to get the clients, how to gather database, etc.

Most of my time is spent replying to emails and planning or working for the detailed perfection. I aim for 100%, as 99% isnt something I work for or get paid for. So the eye to perfection takes most of my time, but I make sure, whatever I list for a day, I finish before I start for home in the night.
PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS I USE :
Dropbox Paper  : I use Dropbox Paper for my everyday checklist of tasks for 14-15 hours at office. I write with details normally, so I dont use a checklist, as the text goes too big for something.
Copied : This is a lifesaver app for me and for anyone whose workflow is only processed with apple devices. So, basically the Copied App is purchased and installed to the iPhone, iPad, iMac, MacBook Pro. Lets say, I copy a text on my iPhone, then I can simply paste it with CMD+V to any of my device, no matter where. And it saves all of my copied clipping in its clipboard. Beautiful.
Due : Due is my savior. To run so many ventures, its kind of impossible to remember 1000 of things. I use Due to save all of my reminders. I have more than 3000+ reminders set for next 1 year, I guess. People think, how I never forget things, well the credit goes to the Due App.
Bobby : I use the Bobby App to list all of our fixed recurring bill debits in a month. So, any kind of payment, I get to know before time and its processed always on time. We are the best on time payment makers in all of our verticals.
Alto : I use Alto for all accounts, which are used by staff. I track those emails just to keep a track and see how is everyone handling the emails and responding to customers.
Email : This is the app, where I have setup all of my 19 email accounts, of all the companies. I highly recommend this email app for any iOS or android user.
Wunderlist : I use wunderlist for all kinds of list, like staff list or amazon list or travel list, etc. It even works for staff collaboration in realtime for us.
Wallet : I use this app to save all of my passwords, as I dont like remembering the passwords. Already too much to remember. I just click on any website and wallet app handles the auto login for me. Nice and easy.
Habitify : I use this app to remind me about daily lifestyle flow, like drinking water, standing a bit in intervals, green tea, treadmill walk and run in the night, etc.
This is where I spend 15 hours in a day. Office is my love. Computers and internet are my lifeline.

And with everything, I travel a lot just to make sure, I dont die early, working so hard everyday.
