No Refund Policy

Photozone maintains a strict no refund policy for the following reasons:


Reservation of Services: Upon booking our photography and videography services, a reservation is made for a specific date and time. This reservation prevents us from accepting other projects during that period.


Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits or payments made to secure our services are non-refundable. These funds are used to reserve the date and cover administrative costs.


Preparation and Planning: Upon confirmation of our services, substantial preparation, planning, and coordination are undertaken to ensure the success of your event. This includes scheduling our team, equipment preparation, and logistical arrangements.


Cancellation or Changes: If a client decides to cancel or make changes to the confirmed booking, the deposit or payment made will not be refunded. However, under certain unforeseen circumstances, we may consider rescheduling the service at our discretion.


Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances that prevent us from providing the agreed-upon services, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. In such cases, a refund may not be issued.


Acknowledgment and Agreement: By engaging our photography and videography services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this no refund policy.
